"With Alison and her teams’ help, I was able to close on my first home while I was located all the way across the country. Alison is so knowledgeable, down to earth, and caring so trusting her to guide me through my home-buying process was a no-brainer. Alison was prompt, attentive, & thorough. She navigated a hurdle with a low appraisal with ease & negotiated with the sellers allowing me to get some money back at closing. Closing on-time with money back was a win-win! When it’s time for me to sell and move into my next home, I will absolutely be working with Alison and her team again!"
